Dila Foreign Language Education Center has been offering French, German, and English courses in Istanbul for 10 years with a boutique concept. Thanks to collaborations with various universities abroad, our students who complete their education are able to shape their academic paths in their respective fields.In our language camps organized throughout the year, students have the opportunity to reinforce the language they have learned through various activities while exploring the cultural and touristic richness of different countries.In line with the authorizations granted by the Ministry of National Education, we also provide Turkish language education to foreign adults and young people living in our country.
Our Services
• Dila Foreign Language Course operates under the authority of the Ataşehir District Directorate of National Education in Istanbul, in accordance with the official document dated 22.11.2018 and numbered 22057041.
• Our institution provides training by instructors authorized to conduct international language exams such as DELF/DALF (A1-A2-B1-B2-C1-C2).
• We offer French support courses at all levels, both face-to-face and online, for private French high schools in Istanbul.
• French instructors based in France provide online speaking lessons for all levels.
• In cooperation with our partners in France, we organize social projects, summer schools, and educational tours focused on foreign languages.
• Our institution also provides training by certified instructors for international exams such as TELC (Deutsch-Sprachzertifikate) and TOEFL.
• We offer German and English support courses at all levels for high schools in Istanbul.
• In collaboration with our partners in Germany, we provide online German speaking lessons.
• We organize language-focused social projects, summer schools, and educational tours with our partners in Germany.
• In cooperation with Beral Language Turkey, we send students to universities and summer schools abroad.
• We organize study abroad programs and educational trips for public and private middle and high schools in Istanbul.

Transportation from Sabiha Gökçen Airport:
Take bus E-11 or SG-1 towards Yenisahra/Kozyatağı Metro and get off at Kozyatağı Metro Station or Yenisahra stop. Then take one of the buses 19, 19F, or 19FB and get off at İçerenköy Mahallesi stop. From there, you will reach the location in approximately 5 minutes on foot.
Our Founder and Human Resources
Founder
Işık Arbağ
I was born in Istanbul in 1973. After living in Paris for many years, I graduated from Saint-Benoît French High School in Istanbul and from Marmara University, Faculty of Education, Department of French Language Teaching. I also completed a master’s degree in Educational Supervision and Management. I have worked as a teacher in various French schools.
In 2018, I founded Dila Education Center, where I organize cultural and educational trips, provide study abroad consultancy, and actively participate in social responsibility projects.

Our main goal is to raise young individuals who love their country and strive to understand and appreciate different cultures.
We aim for our students to become individuals who contribute both to their country and to humanity. Their success, intellectual and cultural development, and their contribution to their country and world peace form the foundation of our vision.
